Supporting Children in Family Shelters

 

Children of survivors of domestic violence are impacted most severely in times of crisis. The move to emergency or transitional housing is stressful and confusing and it is vital that survivor Moms maintain strong bonds with their children during this difficult time. Through our gifting program, we enable moms to show their love, create a more positive environment for healing, and foster hope for the future.

All gifts are selected by Moms and given directly from mother to child. We also provide toys for playrooms at family shelters.
